Don’t book these hotel. It is outdated and staff doesn’t know what is customer services is. You will get to the hotel and they will ask you to pay and do PCR test at their facility. When they never disclose it before booking that they required their guest to show PCR test. and there isn’t any notice that says we required to Covid 19 PCR even at the facility. Asked for a manager And I was told managers don’t work on the weekends. Really? Stay away from this hotel. Breakfast sucks as well. You might want to throw up after when you taste it.

Отличный отель в центре. Завтраки нужно срочно менять, невкусно и совково. Лучше бронировать без завтраков и питаться в городе. Классный Банный комплекс.

Не в первый раз останавливаемся в Виктории, жили в разных категориях номеров. В целом, всем очень довольны. Чистота, кухня хорошая (есть с чем сравнивать), персонал понравился. Отличные официанты и работники бара в расторане Монрепа. С удовольствием посещали этот расторан в прошлые поездки и в этот раз. Ресторан Вкус наверху тоже понравился, единственный минус - холодно! Есть ещё нюансы, но многие сочли бы это незначительным. Например - плохо закрываются пластиковые окна. Шумоизоляция (именно из коридора, не из соседних комнат). Очень не хватало коврика около входной двери! Поскольку шкаф и тумбы для обуви далеко от дверей, пришлось потом протирать пол самостоятельно. В "стандарте" есть тапочки, зубные наборы дают по требованию, жидкое мыло и гель для душа в дозаторах на на стене. Полотенца меняли каждый день. Хороший завтрак в уютном месте с камином. Голодными не будете точно. Вот о кофе слышали разные отзывы, кому-то не нравился. Мы кофе не пьём, пили чай из маленьких чайников, завариваешь сам, очень удобно. Утром бокал вина или шампанского на завтрак, неплохая марка, вкусно. Отличные запеканки и выпечка. Свежие фрукты, каша, нарезки, овощи. Два вида соков. Заселили раньше на полчаса. Классный спа, но дороговато за 2 часа. В общем, всем рекомендуем этот отель. И сами ещё приедем.

Заказывали номер для новобрачных. Молодожёны остались очень довольны, тем более это для них был сюрприз. Комплимент от отеля бутылка шампанского и коробка конфет. Спасибо администрации отеля за подарок.
