4.0酒店位置在半山，沒有shuttle bus，要乘的士或徒步。要攞住行李喼上樓梯，才能到達接待處，check out 時間早上十時，時間不可以延長，一小時亦不可以。 温泉水56°太熱，沒有任何見議減低温度，難以享用。 設施供應有限，全酒店得兩人輪流當值，十足民宿，物非所值。
