Great apartment, disappointing management.
8.0The apartment itself was excellent. It was very new, clean, well-equipped, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay.
− Unfortunately, our experience with the management was very disappointing. We only booked this accommodation because we had to change our travel plans due to severe weather. I called in advance to explain that we might arrive about an hour after the stated check-in time and asked whether they could simply leave the room unlocked or arrange an alternative key collection. This was refused, and I was told we would have to pay a late check-in fee. When I asked how much the fee would be, they repeatedly said it “depends on the time” and would not give me a clear answer. When we finally arrived, we discovered there were staff members staying on the property. Despite that, we were told the owner would charge us an additional NZD 100 late check-in fee or we would not be given the key. We had no choice but to pay.

10.0Staff turned the lights and heating on in our room so we walked into a lovely warm room. A nice big room with heat pump and 3rd floor views. Bathroom had a spa bath in it. Comfortable extra large bed and the Sky TV was great. We also appreciated the free laundry facilities downstairs
