− *Very disappointing experience.* The apartment was *extremely dirty* — we had to clean everything ourselves. There was *a lot of dust*, and the towels and bed sheets had *blood stains*, so we used our own. The *host was unfriendly and unhelpful*, and *nothing matched the description* in the listing. We only stayed because we had no other option at the time. *Would not recommend.*

− Wasn’t sure how to operate cooking stove. No note in English how to operate hot water - wasn’t obvious. No advance note on WiFi connection.

A damage deposit of ILS 500 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
Based on local tax laws, guests with a tourist visa to Israel are exempted from paying VAT for their reservation. Israeli citizens and residents ("non tourists" as defined in the VAT law) must pay VAT. This tax is automatically calculated in the total cost of the reservation for domestic customers.
