A clean hotel outside the walls of Lucca with outstanding staff who truly care about their guests.
7.0The staff were incredible—kind, helpful, and went above and beyond when my airline lost my luggage for over 10 days. They helped me make calls, send emails, and even extend my stay at a fair price last minute. The hotel was cleaned daily, and both rooms I stayed in were spacious enough to comfortably lay out my things. The private bathroom was great, and when I switched to a different room, it was much more comfortable overall.
− The price felt a bit high for the original room I booked. The fan was okay but not very strong, the table needed repair, and there was no fridge to keep water cold during the hot days. My first room didn’t have air conditioning, which made it less comfortable.
