Bad expereience during check-in. Hotel is good.
8.0Extremely bad experience during check-in at the reception. On arrival, the person at the reception couldn't find the reservation and said that I don't have a reservation with them. Even after telling them that I booked online, they couldn't find it. After some back and forth, they finally found the reservation in their email. Extremely disappointed with the check-in experience and coordination between hotels.com and hotel itself. I wish I can get some money back.

10.0Hotel was new and really clean. Rooms were designed very nicely and spacious. Hotel staff were very accommodating and kind.
