Overall very expensive and disappointing, you will not sleep well.
2.0I booked online last minute after being caught in a 90 minute standstill traffic jam on the M1 and still being more than 2 hours away from our onward destination. I called the hotel in advance to make sure that if I made the booking online they would be able to check us in within a few minutes (this was at 11.40pm)
− The room was booked for two adults and one child and the room was advertised as a double bed and a sofa bed. I understand that this was booked at 11.40pm and we arrived at 12am but here are the issues we had: - the room was still £90 despite the hour, not including breakfast which was offered to us at £12.50 pp. - the 2nd floor where the room was situated was swelteringly hot. - the room was also very hot, no fans or ac available. - it was impossible for us to keep the windows open for ventilation due to the proximity to Luton airport with planes taking off over us every few minutes. - the lift was also very loud throughout the night. - the sofa bed was actually a tiny and very lumpy futon which was not made up to a bed. Furthermore there was no additional bedding provided. No sheets, duvet or pillows provided for us to make the extra bed (meaning it was unsuitable for 3 people). - the tiny car park was blocked on exit by a larger car (not actually the hotels fault but severely frustrating when leaving at 6.30am).

− needs air con, it was a heatwave when I arrived, the room wasnt crazy hot but no air con.

4.0− Das Zimmer war extrem klein, das Bett ein ausgeklapptes Schrankbett. Bei meiner Anreise wurde mir gesagt, dass zur Zeit kein Frühstück zubereitet werden könne, ich jedoch am nächsten Morgen einen Kaffee und ein Sandwich zu mitnehmen bekommen könnte. Am nächsten Morgen gab es weder Sandwich noch Kaffee.
