10.0This is our second stay at the Casablanca suite of this hotel, and it feels like a home away from home. The staff are all kind and accommodating, and helped me easily rebook the dates that had been booked in error on Expedia. The room feels almost exotic in its uniqueness of decor, and the bed and jetted tub are so relaxing and comfortable. The coffee is selected and roasted by the establishment, and is top-notch (On our second stay we figured out the process of pour-over brewing a little better, and appreciated the notes of the coffee even more.) There is a cafe downstairs with great items (and prices), not to mention delightful aromas! Commercial Street, while older and containing some rundown stretches, is being revitalized, and houses some of Springfield's most unique shopping, dining, and art. Try the Lebanese Place, Blue Heron, Chabom, and Flower and Forge, among many others. (One improvement I would like to see is the addition of some big pillows for the wooden bench along the wall in the Casablanca suite. It is a nice area of the room to relax in, but the wooden bench is just not comfortable. Another sachet of coffee would also be welcome, as we like a cup in our room when we check in, as well as in the morning, but I also understand that the cafe has excellent brews available.)

10.0I have stayed at this property several times. This is the first time I was not able to work because the internet signal was too slow. Perhaps it was the particular room, maybe something else. I will have to investigate this before I stay again.
