− Instalaçies limpeza ar condicionado mal funcionamento e vazando café da manhã sofrivel pelo valor da diaria
Atendimento da recepção e cozinha muito bom.

− O chuveiro do quarto 110 não estava abrindo a parte da água fria, a lâmpada do quarto e banheiro queimada, pedi para ajustar, a água continuou saindo somente quente e as lâmpadas foram trocadas porém não tiveram a coragem de limpar o panflor da lâmpada do banheiro, continuou sujo, cheia de mosquito.
