− Forse leggermente scomoda la strada per raggiungere l'agriturismo, ma il posto vale la pena
Slightly disappointing
5.0The location was as anticipated and the advertised cost was acceptable on booking. The accommodation was perfectly clean, the shower and hot water were good.
− Previous comments suggested that breakfast was good, we were not so impressed. There is no oven or toaster. The standard of maintenance was lacking attention, for instance, the front door could not be locked from inside, the bedroom hinges squeaked, the bathroom door rubbed on the floor, the mattress we found very hard. The pool had not been opened this year, so was unavailable. The outdoor seating area is in front of the adjacent cottage and the cover for the gazebo was not fitted, meaning no shade, there was no alternative seating area outside, so either full sun or indoors. Perhaps some of the other accommodation on site is better, ours was less than we had anticipated, but it was adequate.

10.0Großzügige Wohnung, saubere Wohnung. Der Pool und der Garten mit vielen verschiedenen Pflanzen und Fruchtbäumen sind ein Traum. Die Anlage befindet sich auf einer Anhöhne: Der Sonnenuntergang ist ein Spektakel! Das Frühstück macht man in Eigenregie: Dafür gab es eine selbstgebackene Torte, Joghurt, Cornflakes, Milch Saft, Eier von eigenen Hühnern, Tee, Kaffee. Bei Bedarf darf man die Waschmaschine benutzen. Den kleinen Supermarkt in Vigne kann man auch zu Fuß erreichen (20 Minuten). In Moricone gibt es auch einen Supermarkt und eine sehr gute Trattoria. In der Nähe kann man viele historische Orte und romanische Kirchen besichtigen.
− Das Licht im Wohnzimmer und im Schlafzimmer könnte besser sein. Im Bad gibt es keine Duschkabine oder - platte, so dass der Fußboden im ganzen Raum nass wird.

1.0− La colazione scarsa e di bassa qualità. Aree comuni per il pranzo con oggetti accatastati o rotti. Piscina senza personale di salvataggio o assistenza e non propriamente pulita. Non consigliabile.
Panorama över Umbriens landskap
8.0Jättefin plats längst upp på en kulle ovanför byn Vigne. Bil behövs. 180 graders panorama över landskapet. Inomhusmiljön är ok, lite kallt innan vi fick igång elementen. Rent men tråkig inredning. Loggia utanför där vi inte satt tyvärr. På sommaren när det är hett är det säkert underbart att äta måltider i skuggan i loggian. I huset - på våningen ovanför bor ägarna.
