9.0Bel endroit. Très agréable.
Excellent séjour, régénérant en couple
9.0La literie! L’accès illimité aux bains et à l’ensemble des infrastructures du spa tout au long du séjour est incroyable. La salle de théâtre où est servi le petit-déjeuner est splendide, et la beauté des lieux, la beauté des jardins ainsi que le soin apporté aux lieux.
− La chaleur diurne, et surtout nocturne, de notre chambre 202. Il n’y a aucun courant d’air possible, même avec les fenêtres ouvertes, et il n’y a pas de climatisation. La chaleur stagne et l’atmosphère est lourde, difficile de dormir la nuit. Le bruit du ventilateur allumé toute la nuit, et pas très efficace. Les prix du buffet sont trop élevés pour ceux qui n’ont pas une grosse faim. Ils s’appliquent à un concept de « manger à volonté » qui ne m’intéresse pas. Je trouve donc que cela pousse à la consommation.

7.0L'accès aux bains avant le check in et après le check out. Personnel très courtois. Le serveur au bar de la piscine très sympathique ainsi que tout le staff de l'accueil.
− Pas de climatisation dans la chambre, un ventilateur a été mis à disposition, mais insuffisant pour une nuit de juillet!! Lee lit assez petit, 20cm de plus serait plus confortable. Mauvaise disposition de la salle de bain, douche ouverte laissant toute la salle de bain mouillée après une douche. Wc très haut, pas confortable pour s'asseoir. Facturer 3.- CHF pour l'œuf au plat au petit déjeuner c'est pas très élégant.
