bad location and their mobiles are off, no body
2.0I arrived to the apartment , but no body there to open for me, I kept calling their mobiles number from 11 am until 08 pm but their mobiles were off. and until now they did not make a refund

10.0L'appartement spacieux et très propre se situe dans une résidence récente en face de l'hôpital militaire du quartier Cekirge. Le quartier est connu pour ses eaux thermales et donc le thermalisme et vous pouvez rejoindre le centre ville en taxi ou transport en commun qui sont proche de la. Il y a un garage en sous sol pour ceux qui sont en voiture. L"emplacement est stratégique car vous êtes pas loin de tout. Excellent rapport qualité prix. Cerise sur le gateau: la propriétaire est super sympa et vraiment top niveau communication.

8.0We was not given the exact direction to the aptment. We was only told that we can walk from the bus terminal when ask how to get there. When reach Bursa from Izmir then we know that it's a 45mins bus ride from terminal. Then have to walk uphill for another 20mins to get to aptment. Owner does not communicate with us but send non English speaking housekeeper to talk to us.. Disappointing.. Had a hard time trying to understand her... The owner can speak fluent English when ask about money for the extra day we stayed there. Totally no information for the 4days we stayed there, ask about boat ride to Istanbul no reply. I like that the aptment is big for 5 of us n basic cooking utensils are provided. The housekeeper is a very nice lady eventhou can't speak a single word of English.
