6.0PERSONÁL se opravdu snaží, je milý, usměvavý, nápomocný,
− Hotel je v místě, kde probíhá výstavba jiných nových hotelů, tudíž hluk ze stavby(kanga, sbíječky, míchačky)). Hotel inzeruje na svých stránkách, že má posilovnu, což není pravda. Posilovna je na druhým konci ostrova a v dezolátním stavu. Dále pak hotel inzeruje a já si zaplatil Al inklusive, což taky není pravda. oběd si objednáte u snídaně a večeři pak u oběda z jídelního lístku, Jídlo je chutné a dobré. během dne jsem si pak platil nápoje, kdy jsem pak 2 dny před odjezdem zjistil, že jsem je měl mít zdarma. Al inklusive si neberu proto, abych se mohl přejídat, ale abych zabránil tomu, k čemu docházelo a to, že nám jídlo nosili pokaždé jiní číšnici, kteří pak nevěděli jestli jsme jídlo dostali, nebo ne a docházelo k trapným situacím, kdy jsme se museli jak žebráci o jídlo přihlásit. Je pravda, že k těmto věcem docházelo jen u večeří, kdy měli dost lidí. Ale i tak toto nemají moc zvládnuté.

10.0Very clean, newly-renovated rooms; great location next to a beautiful white sand beach! The service staff is excellent especially Linda and Wena at who followed up on my every need, even picking me up from my room with an umbrella when it rained unexpectedly. Restaurant service ladies are also very welcoming!

10.0We are in love with Nala Veli!!! All the staff made sure we were happy and satisfied. The girls at the reception, the boy who cleaned the rooms, the waitresses in the restaurant. It is close to the beach, there are sunbeds for hotel guests.

10.0Best place ever. Huge breakfast. Best beach spot. Many lounges on the beach. They picked us up at the ferry, drove us back to it. Had an amazing exchange rate. Best restaurant on the island is actually at the hotel so we ate all the time there. Big shoutout to Linda, she was so helpfull, nice and she made our experience even better! Wish I could score higher then 10
