10.0The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. The breakfast was awesome and we loved the pool!
− The only thing that was off was the coffee filter was left in the coffee maker from the last customer. Other than that, all was great!
Won’t be back. Terrible shower.
2.0Not for me, I won’t be back. No way to take a decent shower.. Room itself is not that bad. Highway noise noticeable but I can live with it. The shower is the deal killer. Terrible weak low volume flow. If you’re gonna try to wash more than one square inch at a time you’re out of luck. I can put up with a lot of things from a but if I can’t get a decent shower, I’m done with the place. I won’t be back.

10.0I stayed here over a week ago. Let’s just say nothing is going to be perfect in every room. But the FD Mgr. Kasey L was very instrumental in making wrongs right. Her pleasant and helpful personality and kind assistance was very much appreciated. She made my stay a very good one. Thank you Kasey L!
Hotel scams frequent customers!!
2.0Stayed here several times for business. Hotel charged me a $150 smoking fee although I stay over 100 nights a year in hotels and have never had a history of any smoking in rooms. Complete scam and refused to refund. Housekeeping manager lied and said there was a cloud of smoke in the room which never happened. Also during one stay I had to move rooms 3 times because of an insane number of stink bugs in the room.
