2.0This place is absolutely not worth staying at. From the moment I checked in, I witnessed an employee arguing with a guest who simply asked for a replacement towel because hers was stained with blood. Instead of handling it politely, the employee shouted, claiming all the towels were washed at high temperatures. I was shocked by this behavior, and things only got worse as I observed more instances of similar treatment. It feels like the place is run with the rigidity of a dictatorship, with no common sense or customer service. I chose this hotel because it was the cheapest option with a pool, but I regret not reading the reviews beforehand. Had I done so, I would have definitely booked somewhere else.
