Very central and well maintained hotel but not appropriate for family stay and bad value for money

− Staff friendly and professional but not accommodating in any way and certainly not the level of what you’d expect for 5*. Long wait at the restaurant, at breakfast, lunch or dinner.

Grote teleurstelling!
4.0De ruime kamer en de locatie dichtbij de metro was top, dit is wel het enige dat me beviel.
− Het ontbijt was onder de maat, niet wat ik van Sofitel gewend ben. Het zwembad was sfeerloos en de ligbedden zijn erg vies. Onze kamer zat op de 16e verdieping, vond het irritant om 2 aparte liften te moeten nemen om er te komen. De wand in het toilet was niet schoon, er zaten vieze bruine vlekken op voordat wij er gebruik van hadden gemaakt.

− Diner in the restaurant is complex. Bar menu, à la carte, half board menue, buffet. It is all mixed up in the restaurant. I think it would be easier to have a buffet in that space with different food station instead of all these menues. The Friday evening there is a loud DJ. Music was very loud and not many customer at 8pm so bring down the music
