An okay hotel but nothing to shout about
6.0Overall I would say the hotel was okay, the pool area is good and there is a bar, pool table and other activities. However the bathroom was needing updating and not the cleanest, we were only told on the third day after asking the only way to get the room cleaned is by leaving they key at reception. The WIFI is terrible. There is also no free shuttle as the description suggests.

6.0Hotel was clean. Front desk was abrupt that was just one of the ladies didnt once acknowledge us, or smile. Rooms were cleaned daily. Food was average.

10.0Loved the fact that it was all inclusive as we had never done that before. I understand the hotel is changing to half board, however with the friendly staff and beautiful surroundings that should not put you off.

8.0Pleasant and relaxing. Helpful staff. Hear next year no all Inclusive, i think this is a good idea as many nice local bars and restaurants to visit.
