10.0The staff are amazing, Maria was on the reception, she welcomed us with a smile and did everything to make us comfortable, the room was clean, neat, and comfortable. The view was amazing, one of the things that we loved is the in room breakfast. Thanks for everyone

Amazing Breakfast and Staff
10.0I stayed at this hotel in Lebanon for a little over a month and the experience was incredible. From the moment I got there I felt more like family than a guest. The hospitality is next level I’ve never had anything like it. First off, the staff. I don’t even know where to begin. Every single person working there was kind, attentive, and genuinely cared about our comfort. But I HAVE to give a special shoutout to Mustafa and Yara — the absolute best people who went above and beyond every single day, always checking in to make sure we had everything we needed, offering help with the biggest smile. We were so lucky to meet them and know them. The staff was like that very warm and ready to help with anything. The breakfast was fresh, delicious, and had such a nice variety. Every morning we were able to ask for whatever we wanted and it always tasted so good. Then there’s the area by the pool it was so clean and relaxing and the perfect place to tan. It wasn’t just a hotel stay, it felt like home away from home. I honestly wish I could give more than 5 stars because the service and people deserve it. If you’re thinking of visiting Lebanon and want to be treated like royalty while still feeling like part of a family, this is the place to go and I will most definitely be returning.
