8.0Καθαρό καλό πρωινό αλλά υπάρχει πρόβλημα με την εμπειρία του προσωπικού στην διαχείρηση του πελάτη. Τι δωμάτιο θα δώσουν εάν καλύπτει τις βασικές του ανάγκες κτλ . Ενώ πηγαίνω παρα πολλές φορές εκεί κάθε φορά τα ίδια θέματα ενώ θεωρητικά τα έχουμε ξεκαθαρίσει την προηγούμενη φορά. Πρόβλημα η αλλαγή του προσωπικού

8.0Сам отель - хороший, но расположен не очень в приятном районе Санкт-Петербурга. Также не советую брать стандартный номер, т.к. окна выходят во внутрь здания. Завтрак великолепный и сервис хороший.
