10.0The rooms are beautiful and clean, there's a rooftop pool, and K.Joy provided excellent and friendly service and advice. The accommodation is in the heart of the city, close to shopping areas, a short walk to the beach, and only 15 minutes from the airport. It ticks all the boxes.

10.0Good location -5 mins from your room to the walking street and the shopping mall Staffs very polite and friendly especially Joy from the lobby Also I like their coffee would recommend for it 👍🏼

2.0This is the view you will get during high season, half of the rooms looking into carpark, location is good since its adjacent to shopping center, dont let me mention all the fake thai reviews, copy pasted with only couple of words different. Again during high season service is also non-existent, diy, self service maybe your thing? And you like prison-escape(y) rooms?

10.0I have a great time here during my stay. All staff from front desk were helpful. I’d like to thank you all of them if I remember. Thank you Mook, Kaw, Pam, BB, Honey and Joy to always help and make me happy on my holiday. Every time when I came to reception, their face always smile to me and I love that. By the way I love smoothies from Cutter so so much. I’ll be back for sure thank you guys
