6.0Su localización en el centro con un acceso en coche no demasiado complicado para ser Úbeda.
− El mantenimiento de algo no es solo arreglar lo que se rompa, el tiempo de uso hace mella. Lo peor, el aire acondicionado para unos apartamentos que se "despiertan" con el sol "dándoles", los dejabas enchufados por la mañana y al volver a la noche, apenas se notaba su efecto.
Relación calidad -precio no podíamos pedir más
8.0La ubicación excelente, estaba todo muy limpio y habían bastantes toallas, cosa que se agradece porque siempre ponen las justas y luego faltan
− Habían muchas cosas arregladas un poco chapuceras, quitaron radiadores de las paredes pero los enganches no, y se quedaban bastante peligrosos, con riesgo de golpearte. Fuimos con un bebé, y nos pusieron una cuna sin problema pero el acceso era muy complicado, escaleras estrechas, con un pico en el techo que tenías que agacharte y escalones altos y resbaladizos. A mí hermano le dieron otro apartamento de 3, con ascensor y más moderno, no entiendo porque el nuestro de 3 y un bebé era el que no tenía ascensor y el acceso era complicado. Había aparatos de aire, pero se nota que tienen muchos años y no es que funcionaran muy bien, de hecho el de habitación principal goteaba agua.

5.0Great location in a beautiful city.
− We booked the "Superior" Apartment but nothing superior about it, "Basic" apartment would have been a more accurate description. As for the free wifi it didn't exist, I tried contacting the manager a few times through whats app and through booking.com but without success, after we left he replied saying they had issues with the wifi and was waiting for a new router, not very helpful. Old mis matched and broken dining chairs, not very impressed. The manager gave us free parking in the garage but the key didn't work. We stayed here in 2024 without problems but 2 years later we were very disappointed.
