4.0For over £150 a night, I expected more than empty soap dispensers and minni bottles of body lotion passed off as shower gel. At around 9pm, with most shops closed, I had to walk about a mile just to buy basic toiletries. Hardly what one would expects from a “three-star” hotel. To top it off, the “free parking” advertised turned out to be an extra £5. Misleading, frustrating, and poor value for money.
