Smelly room dirty bed covers
4.0The rooms are smelly and there was a spider in the room. The sheets are underneath a blanket/cover combo that had obvious stains. We couldn't even spend the night and ran to another hotel. The staff is very nice but the property is just not good.

8.0免费的公共室内温泉的温度非常舒适，但是可惜的是宣传封面的户外庭院温泉要另收费，而且水温偏低，而且遮天蔽日地有布把天都遮盖起来，什么也看不到，欣赏不到什么风景，水温也低，还没有公共室内温泉舒服。另外房间很小，卫生来说和大多数日本旅馆相比比较一般

8.0和室を希望していたのに、洋室で、しかもディスエイブル用のお部屋だったので、なんとなく落ち着かなかった。 そのほかは特に問題なし。 露天風呂も追加料金なしで入れればよかった。
