7.0It’s new and comfortable hotel with large rooms.
− Despite having a large pool, it is clearly not cleaned daily. I noticed the exact same piece of plastic waste sitting by the poolside for three consecutive days. The SPA staff were rude and unhelpful. Basic amenities like towels, shampoo, and soap were completely missing. To make matters worse, they insisted the Turkish Hamam was only free for 15 minutes—a strict rule that was mentioned nowhere during our booking process on Booking.com. The staff member at the pub (identifiable by a star tattoo on his neck) was openly hostile and unprofessional. He visible lost his temper, was visibly frustrated by basic guest feedback, and mocked our comments under his breath as he walked away. At 11:45 AM on our checkout day, we received a abrupt call asking if we were leaving or extending. Calling before standard checkout time felt pushy, unwelcoming, and ruined the last impression of our stay.
