10.0Mr Truong the Guest House proprietor was very helpful throughout my stay and arranged 2 enjoyable day excursions for me.The accomodation whilst tucked away down a small side alley is only approx a 40 minute walk or 5 min taxi ride from the Centre of Ninh Binh.There is a small supermarket on the main road virtually in front of the Guest House.I would recommend the De-lux rooms as the size is almost double that of standard.Breakfast can be ordered but I did not need it so cannot comment on the amount/quality.My room.TV only seemed to show one (US) channel but otherwise no negative comments.Enjoy your stay!
