8.0Great place to stay with free breakfast and friendly people who make you feel welcome and very helpful. I had a balcony ensuite room which was really huge with large bed, large wardrobe, desk and chair and fridge. Great view from level 3 balcony room off the city and Independence Tower.

10.0Absolutely exquisite, and very well managed indeed! It was genuinely a pleasure to witness the organisation of this business. Everything is so efficiently structured and monitored, from the cleanliness and presentation to the attentive nature of the staff. Absolutely everything was excellent. And the breakfast was notably good too. If people are pondering between the cheaper hostels, I can assure you that the breakfast alone makes up for the price difference, let alone everything else which is at a far higher standard than its main competitor. I couldn't re commend this place enough. 110%+
