8.0Location was very good and practical. Breakfast was very good and complete. Room was comfortable and bathroom spacious.
− Only negative point is that there was no room to open 2 big suitcases. We were 2 sharing the bedroom.

10.0Best value for money during our stay in Japan. The rooms are small, but very clean and thoughtfully designed, making them feel much more comfortable and spacious than expected. A great feature is the lounge area on the 13th floor, where you can relax, have a tea, enjoy a drink, or simply spend some time chatting while taking in the atmosphere. I didn't have the chance to try the breakfast, so I can't comment on that, but overall I would happily stay here again.
