8.0有洗衣機、烘衣機很方便，烘衣機烘衣服快速又乾燥，有廚房可簡單料理，離壺川電車站步行5分鐘左右，附近有超市方便解決三餐，也有便利商店，地理位置算不錯。
− 床有點太軟，兩個大人睡有點太擠，房間整潔度普通，廚房用具沒有清潔的很乾淨
