8.0Just next to Xining Railway Station. Great for folks whowant to take train to Lhasa. Otherwise, not much food and shopping nearby. You have to walk about 20 minutes along Jianguo Road to do that. Front desk staff are very helpful. They can help you to print Tibet Visit Permit for RMB20 per page. You can also store your big luggages at the hotel if you want to travel light around Qinghai Lake and Chaka Salt Lake. I would highly recommend you to do that to get climatised before your Tibet trip.
