Hotel exploits customers - would not recommend to stay
2.0**Hotel exploits customer in crises situation - would not recommend this hotel** We stayed at Fraser Suites for just one night, but unfortunately, our experience was very disappointing. Due to the typhoon, we were unable to use any of the advertised facilities such as the fitness studio, pool, or café. While it is understandable that safety measures are necessary during severe weather, the café and other areas were already closed well before the typhoon actually hit, which felt premature. What left the worst impression was the handling of our stay extension. Since the government had issued warnings and it was unsafe to go outside, we had no choice but to remain in the hotel for one more night. Instead of showing goodwill by offering a reduced rate given the circumstances and the lack of available facilities, the hotel charged us an even higher price. There was clearly no increased demand—nobody was leaving or arriving due to the storm—so taking advantage of guests in such a difficult situation felt deeply unfair. I have never before experienced a hotel using a crisis situation to increase rates and profit from guests who quite literally had no other choice. This left a very negative impression, and I would not recommend Fraser Suites to others.
