2.0We arrived on Christmas eve, walked in and were told that the hotel would not be accepting guests because it was Christmas eve. I showed them our reservation and they indicated that those had all been cancelled yet we were never informed by Expedia, my multiple attempts to contact expedia were fruitless, no one ever answered the phone or responded to emails.

2.0Buenas noches no me respetaron mi reservación me comunique con el encargado del hotel y me dice que solo tenía disponible un día me comunique con ustedes y después de casi media hora esperando no me resolvieron nada son nuevo en su servicio y no es de fiar quise probar con pocos días para empezar pero si eso es co pocos como será con varios días de mis vacaciones
