4.0staff is very polite and helpful. all facilities is terribly bad and old. internet like 2g net work . cannot even watch YouTube. i give 2 star

8.0Our room does not have any mini fridge. And the 2nd room mini fridge door was faulty. Our main door does not have security latch.

2.0Went to the hotel to check in only to be blatantly told that we dnt hv any reservation with them. The male receptionists just told us off " no reservation, cannot find name. no name" He is blatantly RUDE... My husband then told him never mind abt the reservation, " do you hv any room for us to check in" No room, full house'' WILL NEVER BOOK THIS HOTEL AGAIN...
