10.0スタッフ皆さんの心遣いが暖かく、何より居心地がよかったです。 チェックアウト時間を8時10分発の電車に間に合うよう無理を言いました。朝食にお弁当を用意し、余裕のある時間で駅まで送って頂き、家内と二人たいへん感謝、感謝です。機会があればまた、あの至福の空間でくつろぎたいと思います。
お料理もお部屋も景色も満足です。スタッフさんも皆さん優しい方ばかりでした。食事も個室でゆっくりできました。その時に色々湯布院の事を教えてくださった男性のスタッフの方、楽しいお話ありがとうございました！
10.0お部屋も綺麗で広く景色も最高でした。 露天風呂が各部屋にあるのも良かったです！ お湯も肌がツルツルになりました！
− 特にありません。 ただ洗面台に置いてあったスタンドミラーが壊れて（折れて）いたので触っただけで倒れたのでびっくりしました。

10.0日本一の温泉県にある湯布院を十数年ぶりに訪れましたが、住宅地と観光地が見事に融和した自然豊かな当地は日本ナンバー1の温泉地だと再認識しました。そんな湯布院にある湯布院別邸風の森は、設備、料理ともに申し分のないオーナーこだわりの宿でした。最も心に残ったのはフロントマンでありながら風呂掃除などマルチタスクをこなす男性従業員の方の心からの接客サービスの素晴らしさでした。是非、またこの宿に行きたいです。
