1.0nothing its a scam! i went there and the place was filthy. no one answered the phone call. i wa outside to what they call reception. the place looks unsafe! a waste of money I did not get a refund! all lie! i even ask booking.com to help me! please look into those scammers posting places! very inconvenient especially traveling with kids!!

10.0Very responsive whenever I give them a call and very helpful! It was only my wife and I who stayed and it did well for us! We were always on the go, so we weren't always around unless it was time to sleep. We first met Melly (if I spelled her name right?), Ash, and Khalsa. They were very accommodating and friendly. Ash usually takes the calls during our stay. I would recommend this place to anyone who is on a tight budget to visit Hong Kong. The location [Chungking Mansions, Tsim Sha Tsui] is legendary! So around the area, you pretty much have access to most of the good stuff; like money exchangers, food, and shops. If you are not that fuzzy, then this is the place for you! Indeed a Hong Kong classic!
− The bathroom is quite small but again, we were on a tight budget and we got what we paid for. I would recommend this place for typical Asian sizes like us.
