− Stuffy and smelly Toilet seat lose Needed ventilating before arrival Stale tobacco smell although it is a no smoking room. Door troublesome to lock. Felt dirty.

7.0I stay there as it is close to my brother for visiting. I went & got a drink on Saturday night from the bar to take back to my chalet.I said to the young barman I was going to watch the England match & straight away he said come & watch it in here.That was very nice of him but I refused.
− When I booked it said breakfast included but that wasn't the case. I didn't have a hairdryer in my chalet no 3 though when I've stayed before in chalet 1their was one.I rang & asked about it & the message from the manager was if they had one spare they would put one in my room.Guess what it didn't arrive.Not good.Jaqualine

8.0the location was perfect for the event I was attending with local shops close by. Own entrance with parking outside front door. Spacious inside with a mini fridge. Staff were very friendly.
− tv remote control missing as was the handle on the bathroom door. The unit generally could do with a little TLC.
