9.0Wonderful stay! The beachfront location is beautiful, the breakfast and food were very good, and the service was outstanding. Every staff member, from reception to customer service, was friendly, attentive, and professional. A special thank you to Miguel, who went above and beyond with his kindness and willingness to help. It was also a pleasure meeting the owner and his wife—they are a wonderful couple doing an excellent job.
− The only downside was the sargassum, but that’s a natural seasonal issue and completely beyond the hotel’s control. Overall, I had a great experience and would gladly stay here again.

10.0Stayed in Room 1 which was gorgeous. The staff was very friendly and the breakfast was solid. Be aware that the walls are VERY thin and this is NOT a party place.
