10.0Location - away from the main town, close to the beach, and a short walk to find restaurants and bars AC and ceiling fan - for those of us not used to the temperatures Balcony overlooking a field with palm trees - great for watching the exotic birds

10.0Just a really nice Goan guesthouse run by a family who welcome you and always ensure there is someone to help if you need anything. For the price I cannot fault the Sea Pearl. Thank you Dominic for ensuring it was a good stay.
