7.0Zentrale Lage, Größe. Gute Klimaanlage
− Das Apartment wirkt etwas abgenutzt. Auf der Toilette kann man als größere Mann nicht gerade sitzen weil die Knie die Wand berühren. Die Bilder zeigen luxuriöse Apartments, unseres war nicht den Bildern entsprechenden: die Betten durchgelegen und wir hatten den Eindruck mit dem Kopf weiter unten zu liegen als mit den Beinen. Die Steckdosen beim Bett kann man nur benutzen wenn man das Bett vor schiebt weil die Dosen zu knapp für das Kopfteil gesetzt wurden. Das Büro ist etwa 300m vom Apartment entfernt. Das Parken in der überwachten Garage ist ca 10 minuten entfernt. Die 25€ pro Tag zahlt übrigens jeder, nicht so wie behauptet die Gäste des Apartments via spezieller Rabattierung... Fazit für eine Nacht ok, mehrere Tage Wohl eher nicht.

− La camera e il bagno avrebbero bisogno di manutenzione aggiuntiva. Nella cucina condivisa era presente una macchina del caffè purtroppo non funzionante. Non sono previsti il cambio di biancheria nè le pulizie giornaliere

10.0Une nuit absolument parfaite ! Nous avons passé une excellente nuit dans cet appartement, qui était absolument parfait sur tous les points. Un appartement immense d’environ 70 m², d’une propreté irréprochable, avec un lit très confortable, une douche impeccable et une cuisine parfaitement équipée. La présence d’un ascenseur est également très appréciable. Nous avons également beaucoup aimé les petites attentions, notamment la cafetière et le café à disposition dans l’appartement. L’emplacement est idéal, très bien situé, ce qui nous a permis de profiter pleinement du quartier. Nous recommandons également très chaleureusement le restaurant ,Osteria Il Grottino situé à deux pas de l’appartement : nous y avons mangé des pâtes absolument succulentes. Une très belle découverte ! En résumé, un appartement magnifique, propre, confortable et idéalement placé. Nous recommandons sans aucune hésitation et reviendrons avec grand plaisir !
