7.0Food generally good, room and shower room clean and well equipped.
− The hotel is very noisy in the evenings with the bar open until midnight on Friday and Saturday. I left a bathrobe in my room; no-one contacted me, nor have they replied to my email asking them to donate it to charity. The main problem is that this hotel never answers their phone and has no ansaphone; you should be able to phone the place wher you are staying.

A little gem.
8.0A little gem in walking distance from the city centre. The breakfast was good and the evening meals where ample,and the service from the staff members was also good.
− The only thing that was a challenge was the noise coming from the bar area with chat external doors banging etc upto 11pm and beyond. Ear plugs where provided which was a help, but could still hear the noise.
