6.0I stayed in two rooms. Neither had the amenities of a "suite," and some fixtures were the worse for wear. Breakfast, by the standards of Palestinian hotels, was so-so. Thursday and Friday stays are a liability as the hotel hosts large, noisy weddings. The staff, however, were wonderful, and the location is ideal.

8.0Beautiful hotel. The hotel is extremely clean at all times. The staff go above and beyond to ensure the best customer service. Breakfast is actually brought up to your room! I once asked if they had coffee, they apologized for not having any on site and went out on their own and got me coffee from a good coffee spot a small drive away! The only reason for the 4 stars instead of 5: 1- Online, it’s listed as if it’s close to many shops or stores. Please keep in mind there’s no stores around, so even a simple small trip to any store will always require a taxi/drive. 2- I was a little surprised to see a dog in the hotel, who was in the room next to ours. He barked a lot and you could hear him through the walls. Normally I avoid hotels that have pets, but they did not list themselves as a pet friendly hotel, which normally I would avoid. I think it would be better to note that so everyone is aware, in case they may have allergies. Those concerns are not to take away from the hotel however, and I highly recommend staying here.
