2.0There was literally rats or roaches crawling around underneath the floorboards and I could not sleep at all. The entire apartment smelled weird and the WiFi didn’t work. Bathroom was clean but the smell of the apartment and the running animals underneath the floor was genuinely awful. I have video proof, I did not get to sleep at all that night. Check in was also very weird and communication was a little confusing and inaccurate. Only pleasant side was the location and walkability.

8.0The location was wonderful!! Everything from grocery to restaurants and coin laundry within 400 meters distance. Convenient underground stations nearby. The only recommendation is that it need a little TLC. Floors are very noisy, and overall the apartment can use some cosmetics repairs. Other than that great place to stay with family!!

8.0The apartment was spacious for our family of 4 (2 adults, 2 older teens). After a long flight it was perfect location. Local shops and restaurants on the door step, tube station nearby. Bathrooms were a bit tired and need some tlc. We had an issue while we were there, but the staff responded as soon as they could and were very helpful. Apartment was clean and warm.

8.0I took the trouble to go to the office to check - not trusting to send my details electronically. The staff were great. They look after lots of property, ours was in another neighbourhood. The Bayswater area north of. Hyde is very central and walkable with lots of public transport. The flat had everything you would need but little extra ( eg towels etc but no salt and pepper). There were two gripes: 1 paving work was going on below our window, and 2 the bed was unnecessarily small ( a basic double) and uncomfortable with minimal bed linens ( itchy so probably nylon sheets).

10.0The flat itself was fantastic. We had the 2 bed, 2 bath and it was very spacious for London. Great location! The only negative thing is that the water was not hot for the showers, the first day was ok & then it just kept getting worse. Other than that we would stay here again.
