Beautiful hotel but extremely terrible service
2.0To be honest, we never really felt recognized as guests during our stay. One of the things I have always loved about staying at Four Seasons hotels, especially Four Seasons Maldives and Four Seasons Koh Samui, is how personal the service feels. The staff remember your name, greet you with a smile, and make you feel like they are genuinely happy to see you. Those little moments are what make a stay memorable. Unfortunately, we didn't experience that here. Most of the time, staff would walk past us without saying hello or even smiling. Even after seeing the same people day after day, it still felt like we were strangers. We never felt that personal connection or genuine warmth that I normally associate with the Four Seasons brand. It would have meant a lot if someone had simply greeted us by name, asked how our day was going, remembered a small preference, or checked in to see if we were enjoying our stay or needed anything. Those are small gestures, but they make guests feel welcome and cared for. Instead, our experience felt very impersonal. We never expected anything over the top-we just expected the warm, thoughtful hospitality that Four Seasons is known for. FYI: The hotel never responded to our complaints and it has been two weeks since we submitted our complaints.

9.0Un séjour exceptionnel. L’emplacement est magnifique et l’hôtel est superbe. La grande majorité du personnel est remarquable : professionnel, souriant, attentionné et toujours prêt à aider. Ils ont largement contribué à rendre notre séjour inoubliable. Le seul point qui pourrait être amélioré concerne une partie du personnel du restaurant au petit-déjeuner, dont l’accueil et le service étaient en dessous du niveau d’excellence attendu d’un Four Seasons à exclure fériél ( elles est superbes ). En revanche, tous les autres collaborateurs ont été exemplaires. Merci à toute l’équipe pour cette belle expérience, nous reviendrons avec plaisir.
