10.0It was a fantastically spent weekend, and I will definitely be back! Huge applause and thanks to Manuela – her stellar level of service and readiness to help with even the tiniest little thing simply stole my heart. I highly, highly recommend this place! PS: Watch out for the breakfast croissants! They are so good that your wildest expectations will be ruthlessly exceeded. Finger-licking good!

10.0Мы в восторге от проживания! С первых минут почувствовали себя как дома — будто в гостях у Мануэлы. Территория ухоженная, в доме безупречно чисто и очень уютно, завтраки вкусные и продуманные. Локация — на окраине Рима — оказалась нашим лучшим выбором: спокойный район с аутентичными ресторанчиками, где готовят потрясающе вкусную еду для местных, а не для туристов. В центр добираться просто: автобус + метро, дорога занимает около 30–40 минут, и это даже добавляет впечатлений. Главная ценность — сама хозяйка. Мануэла подробно рассказала, как лучше планировать маршруты, что посмотреть и когда, несколько раз подвозила нас до метро и поезда, чтобы мы не потерялись, и всегда интересовалась, всё ли хорошо. Такой заботы мы не ожидали. Это место заслуживает больше, чем 10 баллов. Не бойтесь удалённости от центра: ради спокойствия, комфорта и знакомства с «настоящей» Италией это того стоит.

10.0the room is quite clean and bed is so comfortable like home. the host is so nice and friendly to guide me the best restaurant and free historical park. it is with good breakfast and I like the fried eggs! it's easy to go to city as well. I will come back again!
