10.0環境很不錯，由老宅樓重新裝修，別有風味 唯獨小黑蚊太多了，廁所乾溼分離的門洗完澡會有水濺到外面。可再稍做改善。 整體入住品質中上。

10.0住得很舒服，環境很清幽，對面就是7-11，至市區步行也10分鐘左右，相當便利跟舒適的環境。 住房設備齊全，若有驅蚊設備則極佳。

10.0房間乾淨整潔，木頭地板的質感很好，不過入住時很冷，只有除濕機能稍微讓房間變溫暖，冷氣機轉除濕出來的風也是冷的，有暖氣會更好。 整體來說很不錯，料理好吃、咖啡廳還有可愛的貓貓狗狗，加上鳳林很寧靜，是適合放鬆的好地方
