I probably wouldn’t stay here again. I’d stay at the other hotel South Tacloban where is the phone set an alarm Mate I j
5.0People were nice and friendly
− I complained about the shower, not working. It was all blocked up calcified so you couldn’t use it. Breakfast was fairly average. I need the rise but then order a coffee and that was charged wasn’t a free coffee with breakfast so I had to buy a coffee at breakfast, which was something new. The sewage smell in the bathroom was a bit too much as well wouldn’t go away, my friend stayed at the hotel near the Robinsons mall breakfast was fantastic. The rooms weren’t as big but you’d put up with that with a good breakfast and coffee.

− The TV doesn't have any streaming service; the Wi-Fi codes are for a single device, you'll need to request multiple codes if you're with someone or have multiple devices.
Noise from outside, I couldn’t sleep
4.0The facilities, clean room
− The room was very noisy in the night. The noise u can hear is from the outside like from the motor, car etc. The window has a very thin glass / or kind of plastic glass and when u close it u can see the side it is not really fully closed. That’s why I didn’t really sleep good. The room facility was good though.

Comfortable...charming staff...excellent service in both restaurants...and very good food.
8.0Good service. Great food...I loved the restaurant on the top floor...it has one of the most interesting menus that I have ever seen ! Breakfast was also excellent. Getting poached eggs perfect is a skill...and the breakfast chef got them just right!
− The room and bathroom are terribly small...that is unfortunate ...otherwise the hotel is terrific.
