In continuation of my review, the restaurant food was great and the service there was good.

− There were also several issues with payments during my stay. When we decided to extend our stay for another week, I was initially told one price, but later the owner tried to charge a higher price than the rate available on Booking.com. After I questioned this, the price was changed back to the Booking.com rate. In addition, when I had already paid for the extra week and only needed to pay for minibar items, the bill appeared to include the cost of the extra week again. I noticed this only because the minibar amount seemed unusually high. I cannot say whether this was a mistake or intentional, but together with the missing watch incident, it made me seriously question the honesty and safety of this property. Because of this experience, I cannot recommend this hotel.

The property itself is good. The rooms are clean and comfortable, especially if you are allocated one of the newer rooms. Most rooms have a kitchen with basic kitchenware, and the manager was generally helpful when we needed something.

− However, my stay ended with a very upsetting and unacceptable experience. On the last day of my stay, my expensive watch with diamonds went missing from the room. I left it in the bathroom before checking out. There is also CCTV/security camera footage showing that I entered the room wearing the watch and later left the room without it, carrying all of my luggage. The housekeeping staff entered the room immediately after I left, and they could see that I was checking out and would not be returning to the room. The manager reviewed the footage and tried to help, but unfortunately the hotel owner refused to take responsibility or properly assist with the situation. Instead, she suggested that I may have misplaced the watch in my luggage, which felt extremely dismissive and disrespectful given the circumstances. I also reported the incident to the police, but since I had to leave Phuket the same day, the matter was not properly resolved. Because of this experience, I cannot recommend this hotel. Although the property itself is nice, I did not feel that my belongings were safe, and the way the situation was handled by the owner was very disappointing.

Everything was great. The room was very clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The facilities were excellent and the overall atmosphere made the stay very enjoyable

Alt er perfekt… Har været der 3 gange og kommer der med garanti igen… Service i top… hjælpsom med alt hvad der skulle opstå under vejs… Personale er fantastiske… Der kan købes mad på stedet og det er bare i orden samt billigt at leve hos dem… kan kun sige prøv at besøge viking i vil med garanti få en god oplevelse ❤️

Så trevligt och mysigt hotell. Finns verkligen inget att klaga på där...Men om det inte legat på en galet trafikerad väg hade man inte haft något att klaga på. Ljudet störde inte hotellet, men att korsa gatan var fasansfullt.
