− Pessoal administrativo não são flexíveis , tive uma situação que precisava ser resolvida, e não deram a menor importância, nem mesmo tentaram resolver ou pelo menos finger que estavam resolvendo

− Tv não funciona de nenhuma forma, além de não pegar não é smart, inútil. Wi-Fi não pega em vários pontos do quarto, hospedar onde não funciona Wi-Fi e não tem se quer uma TV que funcione é complicado…
