2.01リビング、2ベッドルーム1ダイニングキッチンの部屋数、面積は広いが、間取りが悪い。また清掃が完璧ではなく中途半端。 換気が特に悪く、風が抜けない。キッチンの 換気設備も機能していなく、調理をすると煙たくなるほど、窓に網戸はなく、蚊やハエが入ってくる。テレビも映らず、オーナーに連絡しても対応しない。シャワーの出は悪い。立地は悪くないがそれだけという感じ。
