Hotel czysty, obsługa miła, blisko do atrakcji turystycznych. Dobry stosunek jakości do ceny.

Hotel jest nieduży, kameralny. Pokój przestronny, łóżka wygodne, klimatyzacja. Śniadania dobre (z widokiem na morze). Jest nowoczesna winda. Blisko do najważniejszych zabytków. Do głównej ulicy w tym rejonie i tramwaju T1 jest piechotą ok. 15 min., kawałek pod górkę. Tuż obok jest linia tramwajowa T6 dojeżdżająca do metra. W okolicy jest zagłębie restauracji i mniejszych knajpek, ale hałasu z nich nie słychać. Gdybym miała znów pojechać do Stambułu nie wahałabym się wybrać ten hotel.

− Niestety czuje się trochę zapachów kuchennych nawet na 4 piętrze. Jednego dnia z powodu awarii nie było ciepłej wody, ale szybko włączyli.

This hotel is spotlessly clean, the staff are friendly and helpful, and the location is great. There are multiple cafes and restaurants nearby. It is a good location from which to see the main attractions of Istanbul, and convenient for the public transit system. The breakfast is very good. The staff arranged for me to be picked up at the airport, and also arranged taxis when I needed them. I would definitely stay at this hotel again if I return to Istanbul. I consider it to be an excellent value.

Locatie in zeer toeristisch gedeelte (Kumkapi), veel restaurantjes, winkeltjes en “bedrijvigheid” op straat. Als je een rustige plek zoekt dan is dit geen geschikte plek. Eenvoudige kamer maar wel met airco, koelkastje en waterkoker + thee / koffie 👍

− Jonge receptionist was vriendelijk maar oudere man zei niks. Ook viel er niet te praten over het feit dat ik alleen kwam ipv 2. Dus niet bijzonder flexibel of klantvriendelijk. Ontbijt was ok maar veel van hetzelfde. Geen yoghurt bijv. Of ander fruit dan watermeloen. Roerei, koffie en cake was top!
