Stay away!!!
2.0It’s not even a hotel anymore. No check in no one to talk to at all. The resident had to let us know that it wasn’t a hotel anymore and now for section 8
Do. Not. Stay. Here.
2.0This was, hands-down, the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. It was like a staying in an old asylum. It was smelly and dirty and run down. There was a piece of dog poo in the hallway. There were stains and burn holes in the sheets, so I slept on top of the blanket. There was a hole in the bathroom ceiling and another under the sink, and I saw a roach. I kept telling myself it was only for one night and it was so cheap, and I could handle it for just one night, but it ended up being so stressful that it would’ve been better to just sleep in my car.

2.0We did NOT stay at these accommodations. This is not a professional business. The office looked like a pig lived there and was run by some college kid who looks like he never sleeps. The whole building was unclean and had gashes in the walls. The "hotel room" is clearly for people who want a One-Night Stand in an apocalyptic setting. Stains everywhere, a sheet was STAPLED over the window. Towels provided were the size of hand towels and were DAMP, and the king bed was actually two twins pushed together. Place had old green carpet (also with stains) and the whole place was very dark. Oh, and there was ceiling caving in in the bathroom. It looked NOTHING like the photo that was provided for us. We disputed the charge and left. DO NOT STAY here unless your definition of cozy is an asylum.
BEWARE! NASTY AT A WHOLE NEW LEVEL
4.0Parking was horrible, icy and almost fell getting out of my car to check-in, building was sketchy looking when I pulled up and saw it. Once I got checked into the room, the room was awful, a full sized bed with very flat pillows, only one blanket, the wall unit wouldn’t even heat the room (set on 86 the highest it would go), the bathroom was gross and hadn’t been cleaned it looked in weeks, the curtains didn’t even cover the window in the bedroom, and I could go on but you get the point. You definitely pay for what you get. I didn’t cancel my reservation because they don’t refund! So heads up folks!

2.0There was no sign outside, no lights, no one at front desk for 10 minutes, and no elevator to 3rd floor ( or at all; it was broken, I was told). On the front desk we’re 2 donut boxes, both of which held one partially eaten donut. To register I had to go into the manager’s office, which was messy: papers all over his desk (and a rusted screwdriver and sharp kitchen knife there as well!); and a person I think was an employee sitting in the only available chair. The handyman said he’d meet me at the outside stair door to let me in nearer my third floor room and did so, but when I had parked my car, gotten my bag, and walked back to that door he was gone. However, it and every inside door leading from the staircase to the room floors was unlocked. The hotel smelled strongly of cigarette smoke everywhere. When I determined that I was extremely uncomfortable with staying there, the manager said he was unable to cancel my reservation and return my fee. I understood that that was because of my having made my reservation through Expedia, who I trusted to only offer decent accommodations. I believe you need to be more thorough in investigating those businesses you offer and would like my money back.
